The removing of the cerebellum is compatible with life, but in the first weeks after removal causes atony(lack of muscular tonus), astazia(you can not hold your balance without a large support) and asthenia(fast muscular fatigue). The functions of the cerebellum are gradually taken over by the cortex, and in a couple of moths you are back to normal. But i wouldn't try removing someone's cerebellum if i were you, it ain't as easy as it sounds
