Is there any difference between different fertilizers?

Organic and chemical fertilizer ultimately providing the same elements i.e. nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus and other macro and micro nutrients to the plants. There is no difference in atomic structure of elements from both sources. For example, whether nitrogen from organic or chemical fertilizer contains nitrogen atoms with same number of protons, neutrons and electrons. I think food produced by using organic and chemical fertilizer is almost same if we avoid the usage of harmful pesticides. Only using organic fertilizer we cannot achieve higher yields. Food production using chemical fertilizer is cheap compared to using organic fertilizer.

Same thing can be consider in case of baby foods, which may contain artificial flavors, minerals and vitamins(may be chemically synthesized). But all have chemically similar to its natural counterparts. By the way baby food may contains preservatives, which may harmful.
