hey, alpha-amantin is a poison. note this:
A relatively tiny protein of only eight amino acids, alpha-amantin is the toxin found in the Amanita genus of mushrooms that makes them so deadly. It is also found in the unrelated Galerina autumnalis.
what's the connection?
Q: Why are chemists great for solving problems?
A: They have all the solutions.
polymerase I,II and III are all sensitive to this poison but one is more sensitive then another. So if you search for the relation between the poison and the polymerases, you'll find something about polymerase that synthesises tRNA.
