It's basically a chart of the amount of light absorbed at each wavelength of light, I think. Check those websites to make sure

What others said. It's basically a graph that plots wavelength (x-axis) with absorbance (or transmittance, which is its inverse, on the y-axis). You'll find a lot of these graphs are very useful in the plant world, since light is necessary for growth and development, as oppose to animals it isn't as applicable.

I'm not sure if you need to know this for your own purposes but basically any wavelength that is not absorbed in significant amounts is reflected and that's what we see (chlorophyll is green because it absorbs all light except green light).
