Postby Sue4 » Sun Mar 02, 2014 10:07 am

Hi,,,
Can sperm cells or egg cells undergo mitotic division? I mean can a cell divide mitotically after meiosis? If not, why???
Thank you

Sure it can and many haploid cells do. Just our sexual cells are not capable of it.
