The two tables below give the relative-risk of developing a stroke, in relation to blood pressure and body mass index. The data are based on a population of men from the USA. The values in the first table are given in comparison with the total population. The values in the second table are given in relation to the lowest BMI category (<23). In both tables the values have been adjusted for the age of the individuals.

I did in this way but I have correctly selected 2 the rest is wrong but this time iam saying

- increasing tax to tobacco
- decreasing consumption of saturated fats (this is probably the expected correct answer, but in the last years the harmful effect of saturated fats on the heart health was questioned, just saying
- walking to work
- adopting vegetarian diet
- meditating can decrease stress, which can contribute to heart disease, but a research would be needed to confirm, if meditating people have less heart disease.
- more frequent health checkups might also help...
Healthy people should not try to prevent heart disease by taking drugs, such as aspirin or ACE inhibitors, I think.
French are one of the biggest wine drinkers and have relatively low rate of heart disease - this is known as a French paradox - not solved yet. So, wine as such, in reasonable amounts, is not harmful for heart.
Do people who live in cities with a lot of sport objects have less heart disease? I'm really not sure about this.
