I sense an energy in my hands that no one that I've asked could give me a plausible explanation to. I appreciate any answer or guidance here.
Ever since I remember, under certain circumstances i can very easily feel an energy in my hands.
when my hands are gripped around the ends of a tubular shaped object (hollow or solid), I can easily feel an energy depending on the size of the object. i can feel something similar to a magnetic field. but it comes from within my hand, its like having hands made of metal and them being pulled by a magnet. This is the crazy part, objects aren't always necessarily metal neither. it could be wood, paper, plastic, etc. it drives me crazy not knowing what it is. i am 25 years old now and still have that feeling.
anyone has any idea of what this could be.
Mental experience is determined by brain activity. Sensory experiences are only unique in that those brain events are linked to external events via sensory organs. This probably isn't a sensory experience, and you would need to prove any claim to the contrary.
But that doesn't necessarily mean this trait is useless. I think I read that, when black and white numbers are placed in front of a person with synesthesia, they can spot a specific number more quickly than the control.
I've felt the same thing for about 8 years now (I'm 20 now)
When I touch anything, it's like I can feel the entire object even when I'm just touching a small section of it.
Also, when I'm not touching anything, I feel a cloudy "electrical" sensation all around my hand like a soft pillow made of static electricity.
It's an odd sensation but no one's been able to explain to me the cause of the sensation.
I guess it's some sort of psychological thing because it only happens when I pay attention to it.
Anyways, when I'm bored, I just play around with this sensation so it's not entirely useless.
