For example if we give energy to some glucose it realeses starch .but we will do bond, but we use energy. dont we use enery to break up bonds? or we use this energy to break up the hdyrogen bonds between glucoses themselves?then how energy affect glucose molecuLes to make bond? Does not energy make molecules much more unwilling to make bond?because they are very energic .

You use glucose phosphate to make starch, that's what you need energy for.

Cis or trans? That's what matters.
