Antibiotecs Extraction

Postby nomozel » Thu Jul 25, 2013 12:57 pm

I've read in various places that it is possible to extract antibiotics from flies. I'm interested to know some details about this process: the tools and techniques used, how is it done in scale (the amount produced from a single fly compared to an actual dose), how long does it take to extract some antibiotic from a fly in the lab, etc...

Any reliable sources and/or related articles would be much appreciated.
