plant tissue culture

What will happen when we put our plant explant under uv light? Is it better for callus induce?
anyone know any information can tell me.

Doesn't uv light harm plant cells? I mean, if it is more intense than the sun...

UV light with low concentration is good for plant so you can see why flower on mountain (high attitude) often colorful.
