http://channels.netscape.com/ns/atplay/ ... chupacabra Just wondering what you think about it... Last edited by CynMari on Fri Feb 24, 2006 7:40 pm, edited 1 time in total.
I saw a show on Discovery about mithical monsters. It has to be a year since then so i don't remember the details. But the deal is that among all these monsters, the chupacabra was one of the most credible. The people living in the region consider it as real as night or day. The opinion of the scientists investigating the thingy was that it is some sort of animal that has suffered from a dramatical genetic mutation and managed to live with it

And the pictures on the site tell me exactly the same thing. Looks canine.... "A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort" - H. Albright
If it's real It would be very interesting to study this creature

Wow...that creature is very interesting. Wikipedia gives some more info about it.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elmendorf_Creature I'm surprised that something like this wouldn't make the media, or maybe I just didn't notice it.
I saw a documentary on Discovery about monsters like the Jersey devil, ciupacabra etc.. So you can say it made the media.. Usually it is the kind of thing the governement doesn't want you to find out, because you can see that they can't control eveything

Yes, the legends themselves have made the media, but an unidentified blue hairless canine with facial deformities ravaging livestock? I hadn't seen this creature until the link was posted.
ChupacabreI heard that it was a myth created to explain the constant tormentation of vampire bats in mexico/central america on livestock. More of an urban legend if anything.
-I'm new
You are entitled to your own, personal opinion. however, the common belief is that showed above. It even has pictures... But i am not saying you are wrong, because we really don'y know...
