Genetic Disorder report help

Hi everyone, I've been having the hardest time trying to start this report. I've googled trying to find a way to start this but found nothing. I think my problem is how vague the report its. The only info I have is literally the title of this post minus "help". I'm not sure how to start or what I should focus on. I mean I could pick a disorder, or how do genetic disorders occur, and more. Any advice?
