Speedy Molecule

Is it possible for a molecule to move so fast that it doesn't affect other molecules?
If so what type- how, why? How would it stop?
I haven't done much research on this because I don't understand it, I need someone to tell me personally how this'd work.

It would not affect other molecules if it were in vacuum.
