Curious about these fungi.

They are on the inner walls of a plastic cup with some old beer. I know they are likely Ascomycete and appear to exhibit some yeast like traits as far as the nuclear fission and budding, although they have some incredibly thick walls and there appears to be a lot of hyphae around as well, which could be some sort of interaction between different species. Any insight would help, as I've been trying to get more into mycology.
