What kind of spiders are they..? Are they new?
The legs are very unique.. but they scare me..!!

Looks like some sort of Lynx spider (Oxyopidae) to me.

You're good Theraspoid.
I did some researching too and that spider looks to be a male Oxyopes salticus (striped lynx spider).
