When was genentic engineering first developed?

Postby FanTasizeR[FTR] » Wed Feb 16, 2005 6:49 pm

Hi, I am doing an research on genetic engineering, and I need the information on the date of the first genetic engineering. I've been doing a lot of web surfing and book reading. Unfortuntely, I could not find the answer for the question I am looking for. So can anyone help me on my question? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No amount of experimentation can ever prove me right; a single experiment can prove me wrong.
