How do we determine if a food is healthy?

yes, we would. I, for one, am not interested in the diet itself, but how the fact that you have A blood type or B bloodtype or whatever influences your dietary needs

Some common things must be observed for checking food quality. Healthy food must not contain xenobiotics and must be kept in safe place. Knowledge about xenobiotics is important for knowing about healthy food.
