How much does running a lab cost ?

Hi there
As part of my undergraduate biotechnology studies, I'm trying to write a business plan for a fake biotech startup. I'm a bit confused with the numbers, and would appreciate it if somebody could give me some estimations about the costs of running a research lab : materials, equipment, rental etc. It doesn't have to be very accurate, just a rough estimation, say for a 3-4 persons lab in the U.S

that depends on used equipment and chemicals which depends on what you plan to do.
