Biology question help?1,Imagine that in a e.coli culture that was growing with glucose as its nutrient source you could artificially increase cAMP levels (which are normally associated with starvation). What would happen to the expression of beta-galactosidase?
Options: 1.It would be activated because the cAMP binding protein CAP would bind to the beta-galactosidase promoter 2. It would be reduced 3. It would remain at the same relatively high level 4. It would remain at a very low level I think the answer is 1 2,Which of the following proteins are least likely to contain a signal peptide? Options: 1.Cytosolic proteins 2. Nuclear Proteins 3. Secretory proteins 4. Membrane proteins I think the answer is membrane proteins
Re: Biology question help? The answer must then be cytosolic proteins. I didn't know between option 1 and 4. am i correct now?
And is question number 1 correct i think it is option 1?
Re: Biology question help?i need help. how long does it take to grow bacteria in a petri dish with agar nutrient?????
