Physical recovery?

Postby simpy3 » Mon Dec 03, 2012 6:38 pm

Is there any ways at all that human recovery time can be decreased?

I was thinking more scientifically than that, something along the lines of increasing cell reproduction rate...

It depends upon what you're recovering from. In some cases, faster cell reproduction means more scar tissue.

Taking a combination of Leucine, Isoleucine and Carnatine amino acids has helped my muscle recovery time substantially. Of course, yoga and a good attitude never hurts either.
