Hi i need help with these two questions.

1, Gal 4 is a yeast transcription factor that binds to a specific DNA sequence referred to as UAS and it promotes RNA synthesis:
True or false
I think the answer for this is true

2, Polyadenylation of mRNAs occurs in both prokaryotes and Eukaryotes and it has the same function
True or false
I think the answer for this is false
