I really don't understand this question, can you help me? ... olors=true

d. Are there any other amino acids which are important for human adenovirus 1B function (had), but not for ns5 (chickxns5) ? If there are any, again indicate ALL these on your alignment and explain your reasoning.

You need to look up amino acids, which are conserved in human proteins, but not in chicken.

Cis or trans? That's what matters.
