BCl-2 Modelling and Kinetic Data

Hi all,

I'm very new to the field of biology, and have just recently started researching topics related to Apoptosis.

In order to start building my knowledge base in the field, I thought I'd try to build a simple systems biology model for the BCl-2 family. I tried searching for information I can compile into a signal propagation simulation, but could not quite advance yet.
Although there are numerous databases available online, I found it very hard to draw a basic network of the protein-protein interactions (How can I know I have the complete network?). Moreover, I found it impossible to retrieve any concrete data regarding the kinetics of the problem (time scales, stoichiometry relations, Michaelis-Menten constants etc.).

Does anyone have an idea where to look for such information?
Are there any databases containing such work available?
Existing BCl-2 models (in Celldesigner or other software)?
