Could someone suggest a therapeutic protein expressed by bio

As part of my Molecular Biology course I have been looking for some examples of therapeutic proteins that are now produced industrially as a result of biotechnology, Insulin and HGH are the obvious ones, but I would like to do a bit of further reading on some less obvious ones. Nothing too advanced but good examples of biotech.
