Dilution problem for my Bradfords assayCan someone help me understand why a sample has a final concentration of 1500ug/ml. If I add 2mg/ml of stock, 10ul of water and 150ul of bradfords reagent.
If someone can point me in the right direction of how they worked it out. Thanks a lot.
Re: Dilution problem for my Bradfords assayNo, this is one of the standards I used to construct the absorbance/conc curve. I'm just wondering if you can help me figure out how adding 2mg/ml BSA stock with 10ul diluent and 150ul of bradford reagent gives a final BSA conc of 1500ug/ml. I suck at maths and im having a hard time understanding how this was calculated.
