Uh, by any chance could you be bit more specific? How much the temperature changes? Are we talking about a physiological event or temperature change caused by external factors? Virtually all enzymatic reactions are affected when the temperature changes more than a degree or two, so you could name any cellular event - the respiratory chain, for example.

um.. if normal for the temperature 20 degree as room temp , it raise to 30 degree , and lower to 10 degree

If the cardiac cell's temperature rises from 20 degrees to 30 its enzymatic reactions become faster and metabolism increases. If it then gets lowered to 10 degrees, the opposite will happen. This applies to pretty much all events within the cell. The physiological temperature of a (human) cardiac cell is around 37 degrees, so none of the above temperatures are normal for the cell.
