Role of Nitric oxide in vascular Calcification on SMCs

Dear all ,

i have an question which i need an article or journal leading me to role of nitric oxide pawthway in vascular calcification. Moreover, i do not know why MTT assay it gives me more than 100% of control cells although it could be the reasons by number of cells or metablism activaty during MTT action. So, Please if you know the reasons of that , please let me know or any one has done like this experiments.
