Honestly i had no idea about this. I never encounter it at our lab. My proffesor just gave it to me as my basis. I have been researching but to one comes up in any of this test.

Try an acid fast stain. It's either nocardia or TB when the test is positive

i need to fill up those test above so that i will be able to know how would i determine the nocardia in biochemical test.

Actually, Nocardia are partially acid fast.

Gram +ve bacilli + coccobacilli with branching filaments (fungus-like)
partially acid fast
Catalase+
Urease+

ID by morphology, confirm by molecular tests.
