Need help in an assignmentModerator: BioTeam

I got to agree with Jack on this. The every generation vs every other generation inheritance is the key to this problem. Ask your doctor if this is Huntington's. It affects males and females disproportionally shown in some studies. Females seem to have a later onset in some studies. But in general for academics sake, Auto Dominant is equal for both genders.
Re:
I disagree with your assessment. Later onset is NOT absence of the disease. Overall, this seems to be one of those incomplete problems that come from real life, but supplied with limited data and answers that were considered by the professor. If I were to analyze this problem without this set of answers, I would 1) consider involvement of two genes, 2) consider diseases that are different depending on male or female (such as breast cancer and prostate cancer). Also, the most useful piece of information is "what disease ?" is withheld and that makes it more difficult to assess...
Re: Re:
And Breast cancer doesnt always happen just because there is the gene for it.
