I have a gram negative, rod
positive capsule present
negative amylase reaction
acidic, curd formation, peptonization in the protease reaction
positive catalase reaction
negative H2S reaction
negative motility
positive indole reaction
positive nitrate reduction
acidic, gas production on the glucose fermentation
acidic, gas production on the lactose fermentation
negative sucrose fermentation
negative simmons citrate
negative urease reaction
negative oxidase test.




my other organism is gram positive cocci
positive capsule present
negative amylase reaction
acidic, peptonization, curd forming protease reaction
negative catalse reaction
negative H2S reaction
negative motility
negative indole reaction

acidic lactose fermentation
acidic sucrose fermentation

First one seems to be a non-motile variant of E. coli.

Second one is either Streptococcus or Enterococcus. The test results you report for that bacteria are for tests designed to ID enterics. For this one you need to do hemolysis, bacitracin, bile esculin, etc...
