What is this animal/insect?

can somebody please help to identify this kind of insect?its found in germany. looks like the smallest goat in the world!?

A bit hard to see, but it looks like it could be a scorpion with its tail curled around toward the camera. I used to live in Germany and never encountered (or even heard of) scorpions there, but I have encountered them in France. Do you know how big this thing was?

It is really hard to see..
Was that "insect" still moving? Did it move away after you took that picture?
If not, it might look like the cast, old exoskeleton of some insect with indirect metamorphosis, perhaps a large cicada?

my guess would be also scorpio with head down or mantis with head up

the picture is not really clear;a goat it looks like but,from its size-an insect.if it moved after you snapped it then could be a preying mantis.but if it didn't move then it could be an epicuticle;after apolysis.
