FoxP2 geneHello, I'm wondering if my information is correct on this as I am not an expert.
I'm under the impression that the FoxP2 gene was responsible for allowing humans to begin communicating by speech. Is this correct? If not, is there something directly responsible for introducing speech to the human species? Thanks,
