where can i find some information about wild type plasmids of E.coli?
i want to know types of plasmids and their activity.
i need help ...

thank you Patrick

i have searched in Pudmed but i couldn't find what i want.
but in this following address, i found 11 wild type plasmids of e coli.
i am searching these information to be used as reference.
cos, my lab is in poor facility to analyse plasmids in detail (eg, sequencing)
so i want to compare the data from the internet and my own data and assume my plasmids what type can be.

i found 11, but naturally there are so many, right?
so if you have time, please guide me.
