Fumarase inhibitors anyone?

Hi,

Anyone know of any Fumarase inhibitors, anyone? Competitive or allosteric, but preferably competetive.

Any reply would be greatly appreciated.

malonic acid is very well known. Succinic and maleic acids should work as well. Check out BRENDA database
