It is obvious that you are not a native english speaker, and that the translator that you are using is not ideal.

But it is hard to help, when we do not get a good idea of what the question is. Right now you appear to be asking what enzyme converts a dipeptide (a chain of 2 amino acids - unless you mean 2 longer peptides associated in some way like s-s bonds) to a secretOry or secreted peptide (first means that the peptide is helping secretion to happen, second, means that the peptide itself is secreted). And why acidic?, it does not make sense to me, or is it amino acid?
