I just need help with these questions:
Why do some patients who take antibiotics for acne develop yeast infections of the mouth or genital-urinary tract?
for this question I'm not sure but I think may be the antibiotics inhibit or kill one microorganism that basically prevent the infection with the yeat ...

Why could sludge disposal be a concern once anaerobic digestion is completed?

You're right. That's the same, why you have to take probiotics after wide-range antibiotics.

What is producešd during anaerobic digestion? Especially something that would stay in the sludge (i.e. nothing gaseous).

It's a concern for heavy metals - esp cadmium - and phosphate that can eutrophy adjacent bodies of water (see Lake Erie issues of last few years). Microbiological concerns are comparatively minor tho some viruses in runoff have been reported.

I guess you're talking about the sludge. Why are heavy metals of concern after anaerobic digestion but not after aerobic? (or is it always of concern, just the question is put in a weird way?

Right - it's a concern for either process.
