You have performed yeast two hybrid assay to identify proteins that interact with superman and identified a gene coding for kryptonite that interacts with superman. What experiments you will perform to demonstrate that the superman interacts with kryptonite in-vivo (inside nucleus in the cell)?

Give atleast two examples.

Please post something mildly useful. Methods that I have considered: protein-complex immunoprecipitation coupled with the use of some sort of molecular beacon? Guidance please.

I thought you were asked for in vivo method, not in vitro

BiFC. It's really a hypothetical question so even though this method has absolutely nothing to do with what we have learned this semester, it may still be right.

Still need one more method. GFP is to similar...
