Any experience with all-in-one extraction kits?

Hi all,

I'm working on frozen biopsies from rectal cancers. the goal of my lab is to ectract all possible molecular species (i.e. DNA, RNA, miRNA, and proteins) with maximal efficacy due to the small amount of starting material (we obtain 4-6 cores from large gauge needles per patient).

Does anybody have experience with that? I noticed that few companies have such all-in-one extraction protocols. One of them is Norgen Biotek, but I have no feedback on how these methods actually work.

I have seen some such kits as well, but I have no experience with that.
