embryology and religionMuslims claim that god mention verses in their holy book which explain the exact progress of fetus
in the womb and i hope for whom got the knowledge to explain whether the described stages of development mentioned in the holy book is scientifically correct or wrong, the verses as follow [23:14] ...We made the drop into an ALAQAH (leech-like structure), and then We changed the ALAQAH into a MUDGHAH (chewed-like substance), then We changed the MUDGHAH into IDHAAM (bones), then We clothed the IDHAAM with LAHM (flesh, muscles), then We caused him to grow and come into being as another creation. drop = liquid of semen alaqah = leech mudgah= chewed substance idhaam = bones lahm = meat, flesh So the stages start from the drop of semen which became as leech then the leech became as a chewed lump of flesh then to bones, then the flesh will cover the bones then the process continue to develop a baby
Re:
Thank you for the information, please do you have more details or a link which confirm that bones started at the same time with the flesh and the scientific process which have been used to confirm such fact.

Cis or trans? That's what matters.
Re:
Thanks for the links, but what i found by searching is that bones start about 13 weeks following conception then become harder then next tissue start to develop, check http://www.livestrong.com/article/36711 ... velopment/
Or look at that detailed (and not very kind) deconstruction of the idea. By a professional developmental biologist:

Science has proof without any certainty. Creationists have certainty without any proof. (Ashley Montague)
Re: embryology and religion![]() ![]() But the pictures above illustrate that the leech stage is looked like the leech appearance then the stage of a chewed substance is also clear as illustrated in the pictures but is it just a fabricated pictures or thats really what happened inside the womb
Please see the following *NEW* essay:
Embryology in the Qur'an : the 'Alaqah Stage http://islampapers.com/2012/02/09/alaqah/ which contains some never before seen descriptions of the embryo.
Re: embryology and religionI have had embryonic TingYu history, in more than two months to find the embryonic TingYu, did not check out the reasons. Now, already pregnant 40 days, what needs to be done and relevant examination?
