How to interpret results from SDS PAGE?

I have run 4-5 gels of IgG (150KD). I have to discuss results (should be around 1-2 pages). I don't know what to mention. Please help.

without seeing the results or knowing, what was the difference between the gels, we can hardly give you any advice
