HOW TO CREATE CANCER MODELS IN MICE?

i need to know how to create cancer in mice as you know its better to create chest cancer. i have heard some thing about creating this kind of cancer with some kind of wavelength such: as uv & ..... And its better to use this wavelength please answer my question as soon as you can
