ATP Synthesis

Postby TwinkleK » Mon Jan 16, 2012 1:32 pm

Use the ATP synthase showing the critical polypeptide subunits in ATP synthesis
– use the structure of ATP to explain how the special features of the protein assembly allow for the proton motive force to create torque and ultimately the synthesis of ATP.

Any offers?? : (

do you know, how does the ATPase look like?
(you're probably talking about H+-ATPase)

Cis or trans? That's what matters.

yep, usually the question is the question ;) But my question was, whether you know the structure of ATPase.
