Help me regarding DNA alignment..

can someone please give me some reliable resources on how to align multiple sequences.. i've read some about pairwise alignment and some algorithms, but i need to know what is the best approach when it comes to multiple sequences. can someone teach me how to manually align them. thanks.

by the way i'm not a man who knows many things about science. please be simple

just want to make a software for this topic.
