Well you do not have to eat the meat... Otherwise as I said, organic broth (expensive), prepared culture media, yeast extract (good supplement to broth anyway, available in health store), There are formula for broth without meat, but they are commercial and slightly more expensive than the meat based one.

But I dont like the smell.And here in Bulgaria we havent organic broth.
