We see so many Branches in Medicine viz

Cardiology - Heart
Opthamology - Eye
Neurology - Brain
Gynaecology - Reproductive System
Ornithology - Study of Birds
Pathology - Microrganisms, Viruses, Bacteria - Blood, Urine, Sputum etc Examination
Vertinary - Animals - Cats, Dogs, Cows etc
etc

We see so many Fishes species viz Dolphins, Aquariam Fishes - example Goldfish, Big Fishes
example Sharks, Whales etc. But there is no specific Branch name given for Study of Fishes.

Can we give the Branch Name "Piscesology" to Study of Fishes.

There is no such word as "vertinary". I assume you mean veterinary medicine which includes fish vets...

Pathology is a study of disease.

Ichthyology is a study of fish...
