Please mention techniques, tips to avoid contamination while doing experiments and also suggest some tips to do work with maximum efficiency.Please provide links of important articles or videos related to this topic.Thanks in advance.

sterilize, autoclave, work in flow box or when working on bench, use flame

The answer is practical training in aseptic technique by experienced folks and subsequent practice and experence. I doubt seriously that one can establsh appropriate efficiency via internet study.
