Experiment with wine yeast

Hi,

I'm doing a homework about the yeasts present in wine, I'm supposed to create an experiment to determine the presence of yeast in the wine but I don't know what kind of experiment to do...Somebody now how to do that??? Thank you very much! :)

what exactly is aim of your experimet? To show, that there is anything alive? Or to show, that there is exactly yeast (and not. e.g. bacteria)?

I certainly hope that there is not yeast in my wine. That means the wine maker was lazy in his clarifying step.

You can, steamed rice and spread out.. To 30 ℃ and add about music. The street have to sell, 10 jins rice and song to 1) 5 money two, into an (jar, electric rice cooker, pressure cooker, antimony pot will do)-in the middle of the material with chopsticks and a hole cover (must build)-insulation (quilt etc can)-5 to 7 days with respect to OK..
