Isotonic solution with physiological saline...Moderator: BioTeam

Isotonic solution with physiological saline...an isotonic solution contains 300 mmol/L
if i need to know the molar concentration of for example NaCl, glucose to prepare Isotonic solution with physiological saline is that like to have to count the total number of molecules first? what to do?
you have to know the normality, equivalent weight and molecular mass of the isotonic solution.

Re: Isotonic solution with physiological saline...
of what? 300 mM NaCl will have other osmolarity than 300 mM MgSO4 http://www.biolib.cz/en/main/
Cis or trans? That's what matters.
