If people can clone dogs, then why can't they clone people?

I know that cloning dogs isn't right, but have you ever thought of cloning people? It might be a stupid idea, but it just might work. Whats the difference between dogs and humans? They have SOME differences. Tell me what you think about this idea and if it should happen or not.

It takes a lot of attempts to get a successful mammal clone (many don't work at all and many become seriously malformed), so doing it with human embryos is ethically very questionable.
