Help with NFKB

Hi everyone,
I would know if someone is familiar with NFKB because I have to make an experiment with confocal microscopy but I have some doubts....In particular I don't know if I have to use only one antibody (for example anti-NFKB P65) or also anti-NFKB p50 that interacts with p65 to form heterodimer....
